Strategy and tips:
It's another surprisingly easy gold. You shouldn't have any difficulty hitting the bear 4 times, nor headshotting both the rival bounty hunters in Dead Eye. Therefore your only enemy is the time limit. A lot of the travel with Sadie is semi-scripted so you can't really go any faster, so there are 2 ways you can make up time. The first is to look for the trail yourself in Eagle Eye mode without waiting for prompting, and follow it quickly at 6:00. The second is to shoot the two bounty hunters as soon as they appear without waiting for any conversation. If you do those two things efficiently you will beat the time.
