It's early in Chapter 2 but you will need a lot of plumes so it pays to start collecting them in advance. You might also find Egrets at this location. Get as many as you can, but don't return any time soon as they won't re-spawn for a while. I also get Sharpshooter Challenge 2 without intending to at this point - don't worry if you are following the playlist guide and don't get it here, a later video will cover this.
