Overall Strategy:
Keep an eye out for this random event in Hennigan’s Stead - Bollard Twins gang members attacking innocent residents. Use Dead Eye to take them out quickly and you'll unlock an Outfit scrap. As the event is random, it may not occurring at the same time in your playthrough as in the guide's play list - just make a mental note when you see it, complete it which is required for 100%. You will be back and forth in the next few videos so it’s likely to crop up. If it doesn’t, keep looking before you head back out west later in the guide.
