Overall Strategy:
Cutscene only mission. Return to McAllister to recoup your investment plus some interest. This completes the “Water and Honesty” Stranger Side Quest. Directly after the cutscene you can kill McAllister and loot him for the Pleasance House deed if you want to be able to use it as a safe house - this is optional and you’ll take an honour hit if you do so.
