RE4 Separate Ways DLC | FULL Game | Part 1
143Resident Evil 4 Separate Ways DLC puts the player back into the events of RE4, however this time you play from the perspective of Ada Wong, an assassin working for Albert Wesker. In RE4 Separate Ways, the story runs concurrent with the Resident Evil 4's main story. As Leon makes his way through the village to save Ashley, the President's Daughter, Separate Ways give us a look into what exactly Ada Wong was going through between her brief appearances in the main story of Resident Evil 4.
In this story, Ada is a character who arrives in a village around the same time as Leon. She is contacted by Wesker, who instructs her to ring a church bell to pacify the villagers. While trying to avoid Leon, who is ambushed by villagers, Ada successfully rings the bell, saving him. She continues her mission to gather information about the villagers and rescue Luis Sera, their informant.
Throughout her mission, Ada crosses paths with Leon multiple times but maintains her distance as per Wesker's instructions. She is tranquilized by a Ganado during an encounter with Bitores Méndez but manages to wake up in time to avoid being killed. She later meets Luis and reveals her identity to Leon within a castle.
Ada receives orders from Wesker to obtain a Plaga sample from Luis and eliminate Leon if necessary. She eventually encounters Krauser, who is ordered to assassinate Leon, and prevents him from killing Leon. After Krauser's death, Ada assists Leon and Ashley in their escape from Saddler.
In a final showdown, Ada is captured by Saddler but later rescued by Leon. She assists Leon in defeating Saddler and then steals the Plaga sample. Ada escapes the island via a helicopter, leaving Leon and Ashley with a means of escape.
Capcom never ceases to amaze me when it comes to their remakes. Its absolutely incredible how much heart and soul they poor into these Resident Evil Remakes in order to bring the classic RE games to a newer audience. I highly recommend checking out the RE4 Remake and the separate ways DLC, old and new fans alike!
