To reach the second island, Staunton Island, it takes a little practice to get your car in the right place to enter the Blue Hell route to the second island and to get the jump right over the Panatlantic Sign. Just make sure you get out the driver's side and keep trying.

The third island, Shoreside Vale, is far easier to reach - you just need to find the tunnel entrance and then drive.
