0This is an old black and white tube TV I had, and recorded a 3 minute video of white noise. This TV was turned on for 3 minutes and then turned off, so the sound here is 100% authentic, and is not generated sound like other so called white noise videos.
The tube TV you see here is real. The flickering is caused by a difference in the scanning frequency between the TV and the camera. The static sound you hear from this TV, is 100% real and genuine, and has not been generated like in other videos. Enjoy.
