- 2-3 Dried Habanero
- 1ea Sweet Onion, Rough Chop
- 1ea Carrot, Rough Chop
- 1L Water
- 40g Salt
- 1L Ice
- 1kg Pork Shoulder
## Honey Glaze
- 75g Honey
- 75g Brown Sugar
- 100ML Light Soy Sauce
- 300ML Orange Juice
- 2g Chili Flakes
- Cornstarch Slurry to Thicken
