Do not go 1 miner from war unless you got a monster camp. You can get away with it if soviet is 1 miner from war also. The soviet will most likely rush though and leave you with a slim chance of survival. Also, do not make an airport unless you are going to use it he burnt 1000 dollars when he was clinging to life.

Do not go 1 miner from war as allies or soviet against soviet. Especially allies! In yuris revenge I can do it though but not in red alert 2. See yuri's training video against soviet with 4 oils to see how to do so.
