The Clairvoyant has received intel that Upsilon is working on a device called the "Time Machine", which utilizes Allied construction technology to go back in time to the pre-cataclysmic period to rescue Yuri. The Council believes that the time has come to return to this shattered world, and hopes to study this device to supplement the information needed to repair the Chronosphere in the Paradox Engine.

Objectives:
"1" Capture or destroy the Psychic Beacon.
"2" Establish defenses and wait for reinforcements to arrive.
"3" Protect the Time Machine until the Chronosphere blueprints transmission is complete.
