PsiCorps lost connections with their base on Vancouver, Libra doesn't know what's happening there so that they sent some troops to get more information later.

In this mission, You have 4 Objectives:
"1" Contact with the outpost.
"2" Investigate what happened and recapture the Radar Spire.
"3" Wipe out the Foehn troops.
"4" Recapture the Battlefield Control System

Well, It's very hard & enjoyable mission too with limited units that can be easily died at any moment. There are a lot of incoming enemy forces all the mission which make you so cautious on every step. You can receive your MCV on the other side if you used the Engineer to repair the bridge, but that will stimulate more incoming Foehn Forces on your base which will make the mission more harder and longer.

Be Careful.!
Kirovs are coming from both enemy sides.!
Just Keep the Engineer alive there and complete your mission without him or MCV, That is better for You ..
