0Mission 3, capture Battle Lab and defend Psychic Beacon until it activates and mind controls New York City.
Guide:
Capture the Oil Derricks and Garrison the building just outside your base. When the Psi-Troops arrive,, move them out and use them to mind control Grizzly Tanks then attack, then use them to random random Pill Boxes and Garrisoned Buildings. Build up a large force of Rhinos, plus Flak Tracks loaded with Flak Troopers and storm the Allied Base. Garrison the World Trade Center for crates and map reveal. Defending the Psychic Beacon is really easy as long as you have enough troops.
