Here is a Work in progress Ragdoll mod for RDR2!

The ragdoll physics makes the npc's more resilient, super responsive, and less prone to easy collapse. This includes changes to strength, stiffness, damping, and gravity, all designed to keep ragdolls standing longer while still reacting dramatically to impacts.

These changes are designed to make the ragdolls stand up longer, react dramatically, and prevent easy collapses while keeping them fluid and fun to interact with.
