Red Dead Redemption 2 • Testing Out My RTX 2070 Super

The game that started my YouTube channel is Red Dead Redemption 2. I had 7 subscribers when this game came out. I have played the campaign twice on PS4 Pro, and a while back I purchased this when it was on sale, and my GPU was a GTX 970. I now have an RTX 2070 Super. Link below of the exact one. I share with you my experience between Vulkan and DirectX 12, using different graphic settings, playing at 60 FPS and 30 FPS, and overall how much better my experience is with my new GPU. However, I remain playing the game at 30 FPS by choice. Ultra settings @ 1080p 30 FPS. 60 FPS is still dodgy and not stable with my setup. I would have to play on low / medium. To me, it's not worth it. It's a personal choice. The ultimate reason for this video is to showcase what you can achieve with a similar setup, and how achieving 60 FPS on High / Ultra is likely impossible without at least an RTX 2080 Ti and a current gen i9.
