This tram section was where I got soft-locked the first time I played the game. I was on the outside of the tram on the tracks, and the door wouldn't open. And I was certainly playing on normal because I loaded that save and they just demolished my HP.

Wild that I got one-shotted on easy THROUGH A WALL. Stellar encounter design. And with the lack of autosaves, well, I hope you're save scumming.
