We are investigating an unexplained death of a man in Banbury.
At around 11am today police officers were conducting a search of woods in the Tadmarton area where they located the body of a man.
At this stage we do not believe there are any suspicious circumstances surrounding this death, and we are preparing a file for the coroner.
Formal identification has not taken place but we believe it to be Adam Standing, aged 38, who went missing on Sunday evening.
His next of kin have been informed and our thoughts are with them at this very difficult time
