Final conclusion - Xiaomi's built-in screen recording software causes a huge performance impact (at least when recording gameplay from Call of Duty: Mobile), going from smooth 60FPS when not recording to not so smooth 20-30FPS (roughly, I don't know if smartphones have an equivalent of performance monitoring software like MSI Afterburner + Rivatuner on Windows), it also causes a huge audio/video desync when the phone is under load (which I tried to negate in editing). So this is decent, but definitely not ideal, not on the Redmi Note 13 at least, it's a budget phone after all, despite how powerful it may seem.
