23AKA Cloud Ocean Boss. If you struggle with the tracks individually then you're not going to have much fun here. Be patient with your double boosts, and make heavy use of counterstrafing (steer left, strafe right, etc.) to react quickly to the sudden, tight bends - regardless of ship choice.
I can't help too much with the jumps, that's just one you need to get a feel for. If you're ever struggling to go in a direction you want (at least as far as pitching is concerned) then use boost to help shunt yourself.
