2015-12-27 - Patriots at Jets. Overtime coin flip, the Patriots win the toss. The Ref then says "you want to kick", not as a question, but as a statement. Matthew Slater seemingly erroneously agrees to kick the ball off instead of electing to receive. NFL conspiracy? Did the Pats want to lose the game making this blunder an excuse to distract the fans? (Afterall, both teams learned by the time of OT that the Ravens beat Pittsburgh, giving the Jets the lead over the Stealers for the final wildcard spot?) Or did announcers just make things look worse when in reality the only confusion was Slater thought he could choose to kick _and_ in which direction? You decide!
