I've been learning to git gud in Reflex on memphis' most excellent map, 'Parkour Station'. This is me running through it up until the bunny hop bit (2nd level, room #2), which I have only done three times. Out of about a thousand attempts :P

Up until that point, it might help you figure out some of the jumps (slow down the footage and look at the movementkeys and playerspeed widget).
