Refocusing Workouts and Streams in the New Year (VLOG)
So, I have to admit that since the holiday season began in earnest last year, I have been off my game when it comes to working out and streaming. With streaming, I have been off for a couple of months now.
It seems like when December hit for me, I lost the focus on my workouts as I was trying to do gift shopping, travel planning and other items. I didn't take the time to set aside time to workout. I just thought it would be fine to miss a workout here and there, but that's how it starts. Next thing you know, I was missing two to three workouts a week. So, with 80 days to go until I am on a plane, it is time to get back on track for our workouts.
Same goes for streaming. I just seem to get to that point in the night when it is time to set up the streaming equipment, and I just get too lazy to get off the couch. Sometimes, it is me spending time with my wife, watching some shows on TV and I don't want to stop with that quality time, so I again, get lazy and don't stream. So I need to refocus that effort as well. With the channel growth that happened in 2024, I really want to make sure I am giving the effort in 2025 to make this channel bigger and better. So I am getting back on it and getting ready for more of those travel videos as well in 2025.
