40Refined Sonic's Controls aims to give Sonic much better controls by making use of the best parts of physics from both Sonic Generations and Sonic Unleashed itself.
The mod contains the following changes:
- Reduced acceleration from walking to running, effectively reduced slippery controls for this part.
- Less tanky controls overall by having tighter turning radius.
- Homing attack now mapped to A/X button, separating Air Boost entirely.
- Generations drift included for tighter drifting.
- Slightly reduced homing attack delay.
- Sliding after stomping is less sensitive.
- Decreased air dragging and increased slide dragging.
