What's the best thing to do when facing a dangerous mutants created by crazy Nazi madmans in the middle of nowhere?
A lot of things.
Running away, shooting, bunnyhopping around them, asking them politely while maybe having some milk and crackers together.

Reloading your weapon, however, is not recommended.
Especially if you lack the ability to switch to another weapon since you're apparently too busy putting in/out that magazine to bother taking out your bloody sidearm.
