Usually, I send the best team to 1 stage, get the 40k Level Reward, reset and send the team to another stage.
Do this for all 3 stages to get the 40k Level Reward.
After getting the Highest reward from all 3 stages, reset the stages and make 3 teams to get the best Point Reward that I can.
But from past experience (some stages are repeat) and stronger Sinners, I managed to get 40k on all 3 stages in one go.

Took many retries, video only show the final attempt that got the highest points.

General idea is kill the fodders as much as possible while also kill or deal as much damage as possible to the High HP Boss.
Next fodder waves only come after completely killing current fodder waves, it's not time based. Faster kills mean more waves.


Mini Maze β:
EMP and Summer on fodders until Labyrinth have Energy for Ultimate.
Pacassi on Snake Charmer until Labyrinth have enough Energy for Ultimate, once Labyrinth have Ultimate use her Ultimate on Snake Charmer when they have 1 Core left and on other Elites. It's crucial Labyrinth chain her Ultimate to take care of Snake Charmer.
Pacassi, EMP, Summer can now focus on Head Porter.

Hollow Remnants β:
Nox hold Fear Puppet, make sure it doesn't move behind Nox.
Other deal with fodders.
McQueen does heavy work on breaking Cores, save Empower for her, try to hit as many enemies as possible.
Cabernet and Horo can help break Cores on a pinch.

Domain of Dreams β:
Many Elite with Cores and Boss.
Save Ultimate to break them ASAP.
Deren & Adele can use their Ultimate to take out single Core.
Eirene, Hecate, Raven use their Ulltimate on Boss or 2 or 3 Cores Elite.
Sometime get overwhelmed and need to use Eirene's Ultimate to take out group of enemies.
