used to work for Mondo Media to proof-watch Happy Tree Friends episodes. I was also able to play an early prototype of the game. The game was about 80% close to completion.

Once the game was about 80% complete, Happy Tree Friends: False Alarm was supposed to include anti-piracy protection. If it notices it's on a console that created copies or is a copied game, the game would randomly crash when on a level. This anti-piracy screen can happen when a Happy Tree Friend touched a hazard or any other action but not always. As a result, the game soft locks briefly and gives you this screen. After the screen goes to black and it stays like that forever. Opening the game back up will remove the save data. Its removal was mainly because of how difficult its implementation is as it would happen on legal copies of the game and thus, erasing people's saves during development. As a result, Stainless Games ordered people to remove the copy protection permanently. As a result, it's not even in the game's files (and Fliqpy's laugh and scream sound effects that played during the anti-piracy screen). The removal of the anti-piracy screen's implementation was also the reason why the game got delayed.

If you believed what you just read, you are a moron. Jokes aside, I just saw the Personalized meme come around and I decided to attribute to it. Maybe I'll start my own ARG series one day.
