When enemies stand near a ledge you must press to perform a melee attack with your axe. Each strike will knock them back a little further until they fall off the ledge. Replay the chapter "The Copper Mill" via Expeditions mode for this. You can do this against the first enemy group you encounter in the chapter. It can be farmed via checkpoint restart. Knock enemy off ledge, reload checkpoint and repeat but make sure you don't kill all 4 enemies else a new checkpoint will be made so only kill 1-3 enemies then reload. On Survivor difficulty you can attack them more often before they die (giving you a better chance to push them over the ledge). Also make sure the enemies notice you before attacking them. Otherwise you will perform a stealth takedown.
