You can check anyone else's video on the glitch, but basically the intrinsic perk of the new hand cannon "Something New" can proc for ANY weapon. Including rocket launchers, fusion rifles, snipers etc. Although it is a pain to do because you need to reload EVERY time and have your teammates kill any enemies you damaged. But nonetheless, I thought it was cool to show the interaction between these two perks.
