After the first Resident Evil scared gamers all over the word, Capcom was quick to capitalize in its success, but a little turmoil behind the scenes lead to their new game being scraped more than half way through the process. The fabled Resident Evil 1.5 has enamored me for a long time now, but thanks to some awesome modders, I'm happy to say that I was finally able to play it. So let's dive into the best Resident Evil game there never was!
