0Head into the shack and grab the Cabin Key to get to the back entrance of the Police Station (6:12). Inside, grab the valve on the shelf in the office on the first floor (10:20).
The code to the safe in this room is "4542" (11:26). Use the valve near the burning chopper to douse the flames (13:20).
Mr. X First Encounter Boss Fight: (14:09).
Grab the Unicorn Medal in the second floor of the lobby (19:05) and use it to get the Spade Key from the statue on the first floor. If you got the Special Key in the first playthrough, Zombie Brad will be in the same position outside of the police station (21:00).
Grab the Blue Key Card in the room after the chopper crash (30:00) and use it in the main lobby to open some doors (32:15).
Use the Spade Key to access the reference room and push the staircase to grab the Lighter (36:00). Use the lighter on the fireplace in the conference room to the first Red Jewel (39:42).
