Getting through the sewers, the facility, and finishing up Leon's story. Damn this was a difficult fight. I ended up using almost everything I had for the 2nd last final boss. The final boss I had to really learn the patterns and die a lot as I only had hand gun and flamethrower left.

I will be going through Claire's story mode on Hard Core.
