As you can see, the game is more than playable thanks to RE Engines' amazing optimization (more stable without the recording). You can simply lower the graphics to get more performance if your PC is even less powerful than mine. Also, having a more powerful CPU will help you more since RE Engine uses CPU more than GPU.
Texture flickering is caused by my Intel Graphics driver. I use an old driver (27.20.100.8476) because windows mess up whenever I try to update it making the games freeze and stutter but the flicker is barely noticeable and if you have a later driver than mine, you should be fine.
