You guys just knew this was coming. Ever since the late 90's we have all wondered what Capcom's seminal survival horror masterpiece, Resident Evil 2, would look like with a flashy new coat of paint and a modern spin the familiar format, and I'm happy to say we no longer need to wonder. The remake of RE2 has been on the tips of our tongues for years and now that it's finally out, I get to do the dirty deed of comparing it to the original, and seeing if it's fit to carry the name Resident Evil.
