Mercenaries is an Extra game more in Resident Evil 4 that is unlocked after beating the main game. In the mode you just have to score as high as possible by eliminating enemies with pre-set equipment within the time limit, which can be extended by interacting with timer drops. Combo-eliminations can increase the score you're given and there are bonus timers you can pick up which further increase the points you get. To get a 5 star rating; you need at least 60,000 points.
