I finally managed to use my trainer to get the character swap playable in the campaign mode. Now all the events can be triggered flawlessly and all the doors can be opened.

However, the cutscene models still cannot be fixed by the trainer and the models may be glitched due to the hardcoded shader. Besides, there are no "coop" voices and some animations for the "grapple" melee moves are messed up.

Sometimes the models may also be messed up after a checkpoint. As shown in this video, this can be fixed by restarting from the checkpoint.
