Hey guys and welcome back to another geek corner playthrough. Today we are starting up Resident Evil Code Veronica for the PS2 via the PS5 emulation.
Now this isn't part of the playstation plus premium catalog and was released back in 2017 as part of the PS2 classics line on ps4. The game was originally released on the sega dreamcast in 2000 before being ported to the playstation2 a year later in 2001. It is considered one of the best resident evil games but also one of the toughest resident evil games in the series. I know i had a very tough time getting through this game at times but it's by far one of my favorites in the resident evil series.
In this classic survival horror game from Capcom, we take on the role of Claire Redfield as she navigates the terrifying, monster-infested island of Rockfort and the abandoned mansion in Antarctica. After the events of Resident Evil 2, Claire is on a mission to find her brother, Chris Redfield, but quickly finds herself trapped in a nightmare of terrifying creatures and sinister conspiracies.
This playthrough will cover the entire game from start to finish, including all major story beats, key puzzles, and intense boss fights. Watch as I tackle the game's challenging environments, solve intricate puzzles, and face off against some of the most iconic monsters in the Resident Evil series.
