I think this was an overall decent run, considering how careful you need to be on the highest difficulty, with more close call than I wish would have happened. I had a mistake in chapter 1 where I forgot to throw the flash grenade and died (11:44). There is not much to say about chapter 2. In chapter 3, I got infected (29:59), but cured thankfully (30:29). The Nicholai encounter runs MUCH faster with an Assault Rifle than with the Samurai Edge. And I am satisfied with how the Power Plant worked out. For chapter 4, in retrospective, I realized how close 45:39 actually was. Also, Nemesis positioned himself very well and couldn't hit me which saved some time. Not much to say about chapter 5, but it went well, except for my accidental loss of the Flamethrower and I had to continue the last seconds with a Submachine Gun (57:32). At the beginning of chapter 6, I instantly succeeded in the skip (01:00:04), but after comparing it with other runs, I noticed that it doesn't really save time. Unfortunately, I had two deaths that cost me time because of taking too much risks (01:02:42-01:03:23). In chapter 7, everything worked out well.

I leave it at this end result for now because of the lack of competition and attempt to get closer to the 'Casual' difficulty World Record instead.
