1Getting S rank for this map is super tight and lots of RNG can ruin it.
1/ missing the jump on the rooftop.
2/ Opening the lift to go down.
3/ Enemies blocking the car barricades.
4/ On very hard, it won't take much to put you in danger and picking up health is lost time and that's it you don't bleed.
The normal strategy is to get a bottle in the liquor room, run back down to the owners room, it the bottle to get the key, run back up and them climb up the ladder and across the crates to safety (phew).
In this example, I had luck with the zombie going idle on the steps. Mark with his block is excellent as you don't take damage but allows the zombie to come right up to you.
It is important to shove the zombie up against the shutter and the zombie should be facing the shutter. Once they are bashing the shutter, keep a wide berth, ideally just at the bottom of the stairs and if you're fairly quick, the shutter should come up by the time the other zombies join you. If everything goes just right, I got a time of 9.44 or something like that and the target is 10 minutes or less. As you can probably imagine, any problem with RNG will have you lose out on S rank.
