The HD Project is a free remaster mod of the entire game made by a fan for the fans of the game that respects the colors and integrity of the game.

The project has taken over 800 hours and more over several months of hard development while always having the same goal in mind,
to respect the values of the game and respect the developers artistic intent.

It is also a complete overhaul of the entire game textures and a complete revision and recreation of the 3d models like weapons
and other models included within the game such as Melee weapons, David's made-up weapons, characters' signature weapons and others.

For the HD Project to work properly, make sure to always use Direct3d12 as renderer, you can select it in the graphics tab in settings.

The HD Project is made for the Japanese version of the game, follow the guide on how to install this for the region of the game that you own

What is still a work in progress?
some 3d models such as the characters, enemies and the key items that belong to a certain scenario is still a work in progress so they will not be included yet.

The GUI and Font of the game is still a work in progress too so it will be slightly different in a future update.

Is Outbreak File 1 getting remade too?
Yes, it is in development and you will be able to see some of those areas from File 1 through the extra scenarios (Showdown and Elimination).
