Hello I hope this helps some of you with the dreaded V Rising Connection Time Out issues. I've been dealing with them for about 3 days. The first day I got the game I played for about 6 hours and just kept reconnecting every 3 minutes. I've tried all the other "fixes" from updating drivers, checking Steam integrity, resetting IP address and running on VPN (VPN fixed it but I still eventually got disconnected after 2 hours or so)

This is only recommended as a temporary fix until they fix the connection issues.

Steps: Click start and type CMD
Type: ipconfig /all
write down IP address as well as gateway.
Open browser and go to the gateway IP address. Either 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 depending on your router.
Log into the router using the default password or the one on the router sticker.
Go to WAN settings and enable DMZ Server and type your computers IP address.
After the router restarts connect to V Rising. I hope this fixes the issue! Stop by the stream and let me know if it fixes it or leave a comment! Thank you!
