Cancelling and/or returning products on Samsung's own E-Store in India (www.samsungindiaestore.com) is not allowed. While every major store in India like Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon... allow it, India's largest seller of mobile phones doens't allow something as basic as returning or even cancelling an order before its shipped. They do however allow it in other countries like the UK and USA...
