For something that's supposed to be high security, this thing sure is easy to hack. Also, I don't see the problem with a DNA database. What would someone do with your DNA? Clone you? Why? You're no one special, and your DNA is most likely just as flawed and messy as everyone else's. Maybe frame you for crimes you didn't do? But there's plenty of ways to frame people already; if these people can afford this technology they can afford the bribes and things.
