35RINO is short for the River North neighborhood of Denver. This neighborhood has had a massive transformation from industrial to one of the trendiest areas in town featuring breweries, restaurants and residential high rises.
Il Posto- Chef Andrea Frizzi’s authentic modern Italian restaurant is beautifully designed. They feature dishes with homemade ingredients like pasta and burrata.
Blue Moon Rino- This massive brewery has a scratch kitchen and 25 beers on tap that are made on premises. They also have a large patio and a parking lot.
Safta- My favorite restaurant in Denver featuring James Beard Award winning Chef/Owner Alon Shaya’s take on Israeli Food. The best hummus and pita you will ever have in your life. They are located in the modern Source Hotel.
Cart Driver- The first of two locations, the other is in Lohi of arguably the best pizza in Denver. They serve authentic Neapolitan Pizza that is chewy and has a nice char to it. To die for! It’s located in an old shipping container.
Super Mega Bien- James Beard Award Nominee for Best Chef in this region Dana Rodriguez features Latin Dim Sum. Due to Covid they are not rolling around the trolley. You just order ala carte for now. They are located in the chic Ramble Hotel
