2Let’s set out on an expedition to stop the Paintress like many people did before us! The world broke apart decades ago, and since then every year the mysterious Paintress awakens, drawing a new number and erasing everyone who already reached that age. Many expeditions set out to stop her before, but no one returned - can we change this with Expedition 33?
But we're not alone with our hope to the change the world. We take the role of Gustave, a reluctant leader with a sharp mind, hoping to bring back hope and freedom to the world and it's dying people. The youngest member of the expedition is Gustave's passionate sister Maelle, who wants to prove herself and is determined to prove her worth despite her young age. The mastermind and engineer of the group is Lune, who is fascinated by the unknown world outside of Lumiére and determined to rather die than give up on her mission. Later the group of three is joined by Sciel, a compassionate former colleague of Gustave with a mysterious fear of water. Then there is Verso, a surprisingly old survivor with many mysteries surrounding him. Where did he come from, and more importantly: How did he survive? The last member is probably the most surprising one, one of the curious Gestral, named Monoco, always eager for battle!
I'm so excited to finally play this game, I had so many friends recommend it to me and listened to the soundtrack a lot - let's go and uncover the many mysteries and secrets of the game!
There is unfortunately no gay romance in this game, so let's see whether we'll romance someone or not! ❤ ️
