The eyepatch is at the museum and to steal it you need to take another monacle and make a double monacle and look at the lock for the code. When you have the code go make a key and at the same time give the parrot cake mix to the keymaker. She will then give you crackers that you feed the parrot at the museum with, while its eating open the showcase and steal the eyepatch. Take it to the woodoo lady and she will ask for a bite of a thousand needles, you find that in the forest, just cut if off the spikey green plant (i got mine when looking for the mop tree). After the woodo lady gives you back the eyepatch you can goto to ship of Lechuck and disguise yourself with the eyepatch to get the job. Part 2 starts after this.
