This series features my first time ever booting up Returnal for the PS5. I am so excited to see how this PS5 exclusive plays, given that I love sci-fi, roguelikes, and Dark Souls.

So far I'm getting Souls-vibes, plus some creepiness, but put together with an interesting and cryptic story, and, most importantly, sensational gameplay. The game controls like a dream and is silky-smooth. Let's see if it holds up and what this game is all about!
