This year, the niche web-based mmo, Sherwood Dungeon, celebrates 16 years online. I remember playing it back in the very beginning, when it was just 1 world. Then when it got fleshed out into a dungeon crawler. Now, it has a mainline quest, has a standalone PC version, and even went to mobile.


It's still a mindless dungeon crawl for the meat and potatoes of it, but it's nostalgic. Archaic, but nostalgic.
