Baby Blue spawns with some enemies that will debuff your party if hit. These side enemies will also drain Moxie if they're hit with a Mass Attack. They delete -1 Moxie per enemy hit, meaning you might want to be careful if you're using 37. This Moxie drain can be used to prevent Baby Blue from using Nightmare on your party, but it also makes it harder to build up your own Ultimates.
Once Baby Blue dies, you still have to clean up the remaining enemies. You have to kill them at the same time or else they'll full heal any survivors. I try (and fail) to do this, but still manage to finish off the straggler with Six's help.
Baby Blue has high Mental DEF, but since I don't have any Star Reality DPS (only an untrained Blonney) I ended up relying on Charlie (who is Mental, and still has to deal with the annoying stage mechanics designed for Marcus). Thankfully Voyager and Balloon Party's combined Counters helped whittle down BB's HP. There's also a mechanic that increases your damage vs enemies once they've lost 50% HP.
Not gonna lie, Voyager/Balloon Party is a very fun pair. I kinda want to pick up Joe in 2.0 so I can do a full Counter Party with him, Voyager, BP and Desert Flannel.
