24Proxy has over 200 hours sunk into the 4 v 1 multiplayer madness. Does Evolve justify its more compact content experience?
+ Nicely designed characters & Monsters all screaming with potential back story.
+ Great fun with friends.
+ 12 Hunters & 3 Monsters means lots of variety in play styles.
+ Evacuation campaign utilizes a rewarding PvP mechanic of level modifying benefits.
- Overall game suffers from character imbalance.
- Lack of polish and chock full of unusual bugs and AI inconsistencies.
- Stripped away player progression in favor of an insulting aesthetic DLC platform.
- Team play learning curve is not recommend for casual gamers.
- Zero story makes Evolve a product of untapped potential.
