Save States and Restore Points are disabled, all three games work with Pokemon Bank as stated by Nintendo and Gamefreak, Missingno. and other glitches still exist. Yellow has color in it just as the original, tested by me personally.
Can you transfer Missingno. to the Pokebank, probably not, but we will see if we can glitch it in the future.
