So anyway, After about 3 months total I finally got my new controller in. I sent in a customer service issue when I posted the last video. 2 months later I had to send another email to remind them my controller broke.
Other than that 2 month gap the Razer customer service was pretty prompt with getting me my replacement. They definitely do a good job of hiding their phone number, I couldn't find it ANYWHERE on their site.
